Rental Policies

Every rental is booked and governed by Turo. These are the key rules from our Turo listings; Turo's terms apply to every trip. Turo terms (opens in a new tab)

• Who can rent: 21 or older with a valid driver's license and an approved Turo account.
• Cancellation: free cancellation up to 24 hours before your trip starts, under Turo's cancellation policy (opens in a new tab).
• Fuel: return the van with the same fuel level. Some vans offer prepaid fuel through Turo.
• No smoking or vaping. Turo charges a $150 fee.
• Cleaning: no car wash needed, just keep it tidy. Very dirty returns can carry a $150 Turo fee.
• Returns: there is a 30-minute grace period.
• No off-roading.
• Protection and deposit: protection plans and any deposit are handled by Turo at checkout.
• Pickup and return run through the Turo app. Please take Turo check-in photos at pickup.
• Roadside help: 24/7 roadside help through Turo.
