This policy explains what Viegi Mobility collects and why. We collect only what you choose to send us, such as your name and email address when you email us.

We use this information to respond to you and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not intentionally collect health information. Please do not send medical details, diagnoses, or payment information by email or in the chat. If you mention an access need so we can help, we treat it as sensitive, do not publish it, and do not keep it longer than needed.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our chat assistant does not save what you type; it records only anonymous counts (the general topic, whether it was answered, and whether a Turo link was clicked) to help us improve answers.

Bookings are handled by Turo under Turo's own privacy policy. We do not process payments on this site.
